Compulsory Public Liability Insurance

Stallholders are required to have their own Public Liability insurance valued at a minimum of $10 million and display a copy of the Certificate of Currency on their stall, or 
 
stallholders who do not have their own Public Liability insurance or do not display a copy of the Certificate of Currency are required to pay $5 for insurance for each attendance. The insurance cover provided is detailed here

Holidays

Regular stallholders who wish to take a break of up to 8 consecutive markets (Willows & Cotters) and wish to keep their site should complete a holiday form.  Stallholders should give the holiday form to the Rotary cordinator  
 
or email it to bookings@townsvillerotarymarkets.com.au prior to taking their break.

Payment of Market fees

Payment at Cotters Markets, Willows Rotary Markets and City Markets will be collected by Rotary volunteers on the day of the Markets. 
 
Fees for Strand Night Markets must be prepaid 14 days before the date of the Markets to secure a booking.  Options to prepay site fees include:
